GreenKoat Solutions, LLC dba FlexRock Coatings warrants only that this product is free of defects, since many factors which affect the results obtained from this product, such as weather, workmanship, equipment utilized, and prior condition of the substrate, are all beyond our control. Therefore, FlexRock Coatings cannot guarantee results of the application of the coating including, but not limited to: appearance, water tightness, and suitability of the substrate. The substrate to be coated must be structurally sound and have a reasonable life expectancy prior to being coated. FlexRock Coatings cannot guarantee the final esthetic appeal of the roof system.
All products must be applied according to written directions for their intended and recommended use. Some products are part of the FlexRock Fluid Applied Reinforced Roof System - a Multi-Step Application Process that is REQUIRED to satisfy the product warranty period. The purchaser must read and understand the warranty process prior to application of any products. If any of the steps are not completed as required or if there are unauthorized product substitutions, the warranty will not be valid. The purchaser is responsible for purchasing the necessary amount of product for the multi-step process to be completed within the required time frame. All warranty claims require proof of purchase of all products that were used in the multi-step application process.

FLEXROCK COATINGS MAKES NO OTHER WARRANTY, WHETHER WRITTEN OR ORAL, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, ANY WARRANTY OF FITNESS FOR ANY SPECIFIC PURPOSE, MERCHANTABILITY, OR OTHERWISE.
IN NO EVENT IS FLEXROCK COATINGS LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, INDIRECT, OR OTHER DAMAGES RESULTING FROM ANY MISUSE, DEFECTS, OR DELAYS CAUSED BY REPLACEMENT OR OTHERWISE BECAUSE CONDITIONS AND USAGE ARE BEYOND FLEXROCK COATINGS' CONTROL. FLEXROCK COATINGS SHALL NOT, IN ANY EVENT, BE LIABLE FOR DAMAGES IN ANY AMOUNT GREATER THAN THE PURCHASE PRICE RECEIVED BY FLEXROCK COATINGS FOR SUCH PRODUCT. THERE ARE NO WARRANTIES WHICH EXTEND BEYOND THE DESCRIPTION ON THE FACE HEREOF. IF THE PURCHASER DOES NOT ACCEPT THESE TERMS, THE PURCHASER MAY RETURN WITHIN 30 DAYS OF PURCHASE ALL UNOPENED CONTAINERS OR PACKAGES OF PRODUCT PURCHASED FOR A FULL REFUND AT THE PURCHASERS' EXPENSE. RETENTION OF PRODUCT BEYOND 30 DAYS OR USE OF ANY PRODUCT CONSTITUTES ACCEPTANCE OF THESE TERMS, CONDITIONS, AND DISCLAIMERS.
This warranty language supersedes any oral or written language found elsewhere, including but not limited to product labels, sell sheets and/or technical documents.

FlexRock Coatings may recommend an installer. Recommendation does NOT WARRANT or GUARANTEE the workmanship of any person or company. The responsibility of selecting a person or company for installing the products lies solely with the purchaser. The purchaser must do individual and thorough research before selecting a competent and qualified person or company to conduct the installation. FlexRock Coatings will not be held responsible for any damages or losses arising from the installation work carried out by the hired person or company.
